I like to take a break from my regular routine once or twice a year. This time, I was craving something different—somewhere with deep traditions and new stories to tell. Morocco stood out as a place with so many layers to uncover. I had heard from friends how beautiful and lively it was, so I decided to experience it myself.
The process began with the Morocco e-visa application which turned out to be really user-friendly. I didn’t feel overwhelmed, which often happens when planning trips. Instead, the whole thing felt quite easy and gave me peace of mind. I liked that I could do it online at my own pace and move forward with booking flights and stays.
I made sure to try as many Moroccan dishes as possible. Couscous served with tender meat and vegetables quickly became my comfort meal during the trip. The spices were just right—flavorful but not overpowering. Every meal felt like a warm welcome from the culture itself.
