The Executive Recruiter is accountable for executing the full life process of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level expert direct hire task orders for a range of customers. Partners with clients to specify strategic goals and employing requirements. Analyzes working with requirements, identifies finest recruiting techniques, produces, and deploys client and role-specific recruiting techniques. Develops customer accounts and generates new through candidate and customer leads, referrals and numerous kinds of marketing. – Completes prospect hiring and onboarding procedures in accordance with customer and organizational requirements.
– Takes part in special tasks and performs other duties as designated.
Minimum of 3 (3) years of experience recruiting leading tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or pertinent industry experience is needed.
Bachelor’s degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience.
Ability to interact successfully, verbally and in composing.
– Ability to establish and keep efficient working relationships.
– Ability to concentrate on client requires with a dedication to quality and customer support.
– Ability to focus on, arrange and perform numerous work tasks at the same time while fulfilling due dates.

– Knowledge of and the ability to use Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or associated tools.

The awaited income for this position is $50,000 unless laid out listed below. In addition to base wage, the position is also qualified for reward compensation based on accomplishments detailed in the settlement plan.
Anticipated Salary:
California – $68,640
Colorado – $56,485
New York City City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties – $64,350
New york city- All Other Locations – $60,405.80
Washington – $77,968.80
Benefit offerings for full-time work consist of medical, oral, vision, term life and AD&D insurance coverage, short-term and long-lasting special needs, additional voluntary advantages, commuter advantages, health plans, and a 401k strategy or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis as much as 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based upon hire date within the calendar year.
